Amid an especially stressful two weeks involving minimal sleep, a comp sci programming marathon, an art research project, a tough photography business decision (and ensuing adventure/near-disaster), a theology paper, a poster design, an event script, theology readings, a comp sci exam, mundane math homework, and the basic task of trying to continue existing on top of it all, last Friday I got to see some cats. And they weren’t just any cats. They were rescued extra-fat cats, kittens, and special needs kitties. The sun was shining, and I got to get coffee with two fantastic human beings, and I got to pet those cats, and it was therapeutic, and it made my week. And I even though I was sure I failed that comp sci exam, I found out I got a 95 on it.
So yeah. There are always better things ahead. Don’t lose hope, kids.
Now, look at this cat. Her name’s Lucy, and I love her.
My stressful two weeks aren’t done yet, so that’s all for now. Go pet your cats for me, please.
